Welcome to pjko. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pjko ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using pjko — whether through a browser, the pjko app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

pjko is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting markets, casino games, and related services, all accessible via bKash for deposits and withdrawals. These Terms apply to all services available on pjko, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, promotions, and customer support interactions.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pjko. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on pjko, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and bKash mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. pjko is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

• Your pjko account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your pjko account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must keep your password confidential and must not disclose it to anyone, including pjko staff.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pjko support immediately at [email protected].

pjko reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

pjko processes all deposits and withdrawals via bKash. You must use a bKash account registered in your own name that matches the details on your pjko account. Deposits from third-party bKash accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your pjko balance instantly upon successful bKash transaction confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• pjko does not charge fees on deposits, but your bKash provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the bKash number registered on your pjko account only.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within minutes. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending identity confirmation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your pjko account dashboard.
• pjko reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7.

All sports bets placed on pjko are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet on pjko, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pjko does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed.
• Odds displayed on pjko are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to pjko's live betting rules. pjko reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• pjko reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, pjko's decision is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event's conclusion.
• pjko uses official data sources for match results and settlement. In the event of conflicting data, pjko will use the most reliable available source.

pjko covers cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. Coverage of specific events, including Bangladesh national team matches, IPL, BPL, PSL, and major ICC tournaments, is subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

pjko offers a selection of casino games including Midas Fortune, Dragon Hatch, Dragon Tiger Luck, Gold Toad Fishing, and other titles. All casino games on pjko use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by pjko, the player, or any third party.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.
• pjko reserves the right to add, remove, or modify casino games at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pjko will investigate and resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
• Casino game winnings are credited to your pjko balance immediately upon game completion.

pjko offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your pjko account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• pjko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per bKash number unless otherwise stated.
• pjko reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it suspects abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately in your pjko account. Real funds are used first in all wagering activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pjko. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on pjko.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using pjko for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pjko's systems for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with pjko's platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes on pjko.
• Attempting to access another player's pjko account without authorisation.
• Using a bKash account that does not belong to you for deposits or withdrawals on pjko.
• Engaging in any conduct that pjko reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or other players.

pjko actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pjko will take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

pjko reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pjko reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, pjko will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the player's registered bKash number, subject to verification requirements.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pjko account.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pjko. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
